Sending an Email via a Student Query
From the Gradebook Search page, you can send an email message to select students who match your search criteria. (Student accounts must have a valid email address.)
Note: You can also send a bulk email message, without performing a search, from the Gradebook overview page. See Emailing Users for more details.

- 2. Click the Student menu (mortarboard icon) to reveal the links.
- 3. Select the Query Student Data link and the Gradebook Search page will open.
