Using the Header Links
In the heading of CengageNOWv2 are links to your Courses, Assignments, Grades, and Study Tools pages. If your browser window is reduced in size to the point where the page links disappear, these links are still available as a "list" icon that opens a dropdown menu.
Note: It is important to always use the buttons and links provided in CengageNOWv2 to close assignments or go to another page. If you use your browser's Close button or Back/Forward buttons instead, you may unintentionally lose work from your current session.
On the top right side of most main pages are two icons that provide you with help or other useful resources. Clicking the Cengage Technical Support icon opens the Cengage Customer Support site in a new browser window. Clicking the icon for the Global Actions Menu opens a list of links to access system tools or help options. For detailed information on each option, follow one of the links below.
