Using the CengageNOWv2 Help
While using CNOWv2, you can find online help by opening the Global Actions Menu (person icon) in the header of almost any page. Clicking this link opens a dropdown menu where you can select between the Textual Help or Training Videos.
Click the Training Videos link to open a new browser window where you can choose from a variety of videos. These videos provide step-by-step instructions for key procedures, including topics such as creating courses, creating assignments, and account management for both instructors and students.
Click the Textual Help link to open the complete CengageNOWv2 Help system from its introduction. When opening the Help from this link, the Table of Contents as well as the Contents, Search, and Index tabs are automatically displayed.
Contextual Help. Clicking a question mark icon adjacent to a feature gives you immediate assistance for that specific option.The following controls are in the Help system header:

Show Navigation
Provides sequential navigation through Help system's pages. This might be helpful if you accessed a Help page through one of the contextual icons and you would like to see the next page of information.
Prints the entire Help page from top to bottom.
Displays the Contents, Index, and Search tabs (these controls are hidden when you open the Help system from a context icon). Click a tab to access options to help you find the information you need.

Note: The Help system includes a Glossary you can refer to if you need to look up a particular term.
