Quick Links

The Home page includes a list of Quick Links for shortcuts to some common tasks.

You can choose to specify which Quick Links appear on the list by clicking the Edit Page link to open the Display Preferences page. See Display Preferences for more details.

You can opt to display or remove any or all of the following links on your Home page:

• Create a New Assignment. Starts the process of creating a new assignment.

• View the Gradebook. See the current grade status for your students.

• View Study Tools. Access your registered products on the Study Tools page.

• Get Support. Visit the Cengage Customer Support site.

• Browser Setup Help. Access detailed information for configuring your system to work with CengageNOWv2.

• Create a New Course. Starts the process of creating a new course. (If you have not yet registered for your textbook, this option is disabled.)

• View a Course. Allows you to select a course, and then gain access its course registration link and basic course information.

• View Sample Activities. See an online catalog of available problem types you can include in your assignments.

• Author New Questions. Takes you to the CNOWv2 authoring editor where you can create your own questions.

• View Archived Materials. Manage or retrieve your archived folders, courses, sections, and assignments.

• Training Videos. Opens a new browser window with links to walk-through training videos for some of the key procedures you need to know when working in CengageNOWv2.
