The bottom area, or footer, of most pages in CengageNOWv2 includes links to several helpful pages and sites, including the Cengage solutions home page, the Privacy Statement, a Terms of Use agreement, the Copyright Notices, Cengage Technical Support, Nelson Technical Support, and a link to information on Accessibility in Cengage educational materials.

Clicking either of the Technical Support links opens that page in a new browser window. Use the available resources to get help if you have a problem working with CengageNOWv2. For more details on both of these sites, see Using Technical Support.
